A message from June
Hi, I’m June Kang, founder and owner of Work of Art Pilates in Gordon, Sydney.
With a Diploma of Pilates from Pilates ITC—renowned as the leader in Pilates instruction—I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.
I have extensive experience as a Clinical Pilates instructor at a Physiotherapy clinic, helping clients achieve their best physical health.
My true passion lies in witnessing the growth and transformation of my clients. I am dedicated to staying current with the latest trends and changes in the industry to ensure you receive the best possible guidance and support.
What truly drives me is my heartfelt commitment to each individual. And this is my commitment to you if you come join us at Work of Art Pilates.
I believe in getting to know my clients deeply, fostering genuine connections, and providing personalized care. Your well-being and progress are my top priorities.
Originally from South Korea, I am proud to offer bilingual classes in both English and Korean. This allows me to connect with a broader community and provide a more inclusive environment for all.
Outside the studio, I find joy in nature and love embarking on weekend adventures with my husband Rob.
I can't wait to learn more about you, because in my eyes, YOU’RE A WORK OF ART. Let's embark on this journey of growth and self-discovery together.

Contemporary Pilates in every session we provide for you
Work of Art Pilates is proud to be a Contemporary Pilates studio. This means we embrace the traditional Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates but take a modern approach.
We do this by maintaining the foundational principles created by Joseph Pilates, while incorporating modern knowledge in the anatomy and movement. Our founder June has crafted this knowledge with her Diploma of Pilates instruction from Pilates ITC and with her experience as a Clinical Pilates instructor.
Being a contemporary studio also extends to the sessions you will experience with us. While many clients of ours may have experienced the reformer before, at WOA you will utilise various large and small apparatuses in every session.
We live and breathe Contemporary Pilates, which means we are constantly keep tracking of the latest research and trends to incorporate into your sessions with us.
